Are products made in the United States?

Yes! All products are 100% made in the USA and decorated by union labor.

How do I correct a mistake I made on my order?

We cannot make changes to existing orders. Please reply to your order confirmation email to request cancellation of your order, then place a new order with the correct information.

When will my order be delivered?

All orders are subject to review by MVP staff. You will receive an email confirming whether your order was canceled or approved in 1-2 business days.

If/when your order is approved it will ship in 1 additional business day. After it ships, your order will spend 1-5 business days in transit depending on its destination.

Orders containing out-of-stock items will experience additional delay until shipment.

How can I expedite my order?

For urgent staff orders, contact the MVP Comms Team. For urgent volunteer orders, please contact the MVP Donor Organizing Team at donor-organizing-team@movement.vote.

Can I exchange my order?

All orders are final and ineligible for return or exchange.

What if my product is damaged?

Products delivered damaged may be exchanged. For assistance, please contact us via the form below or reply to your order confirmation email.
